I’m a management consultant and change leader living on Yuin country with more than 20 years of experience advising government and complex organisations through reform, transformation and implementation.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery. I help senior leaders clarify direction, engage stakeholders, manage risk and translate policy and organisational intent into practical outcomes. My background spans government consulting, executive leadership in higher education, and legal and compliance management in financial services.

Outside the boardroom, I serve as a Captain in the NSW Rural Fire Service, where I’ve learned that real leadership is tested under pressure, not in planning sessions.
